Senior Residential Support Worker

Requirements:

• A level 3 Residential Childcare Diploma OR willingness to complete this (This must be for residential care and NOT Early years)
• Robust experience in Team leading, staff supervision, medication, audits and risk assessments
• Have team leading experience within Children's social care or with Adults that have learning disabilities
• Experience working within children and young people is ideal
• Be willing to do personal care
• A passion for supporting children and young people
• You must be 21 years of age or older
