Senior Residential Children's Worker

You will work in one of their care homes which offer 24 hour support to young people who have had traumatic beginnings including physical exploitation, gangs, substance and alcohol misuse.

I am looking for candidates with experience in residential children's homes to develop their careers and join my client as a Senior Residential Children's Worker in their home in Bridgwater.

The Senior Residential Children's Worker is a permanent full time post paying £26,930 - £31,150 (includes sleep ins) with further opportunity to progress into management.

The successful candidate must have

• Experience in residential children's homes
• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends and sleep ins
