Senior Practitioner- Court Team

A Local Authority who have been rated "Outstanding" via Ofsted for there Children Social Care Services is looking for a Senior Practitioner for their Court Team in South East London. This is a full-time permanent position.

This Local Authority have a framework of having a positive impact of engagement with families, staff morals and motivation across the service. The ideal Social Worker will have experience working within a Court team.

Your responsibilities as a Senior Practitioner:

• Leading, influencing, encouraging and managing your team
• Write reports to a high standard, evidence based for court and adoption panel
• Undertake assessments
• Undertake direct work with children and have the child at the centre of all care work planning

Requirements of you as a Senior Practitioner:

• A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
• A valid Social Work England registration
• Significant experience of working within Children and Families
• Experience of working within a Senior/Managerial position
• Must hold a full UK Driving Licence

Location: South East London

Salary: up to £51,000
