Rated Outstanding by the CQC this supportive hospice is looking for a proactive senior nurse with a strong interest in palliative and end of life care to work alongside their medical and nursing team to provide the best quality of care. With the right intentions you will be offered full flexibility as you choose from full or part time hours and day or night shifts. There is the opportunity to futher your learning as no previous hospice expereince or training is needed as the hospice can provide this for you.

Working Hours:

Full Time Hours -37 hours a week
Part Time Hours -less than 37 hours

Early/ late shift -full flexibility
Long Day Shift -07:30 -19:00
Night Shift -19:00 -07:30
Twilight Shift -16:00 -22:00

Benefits:

Pay Rates: £17.90 - £19.28 per hour
Pay Rates: £33,613 -£37,699 yearly

27 days annual leave, rising to 33 with length of service
Pay rates increase yearly based on performance

The ideal candidate will have:

Interest in palliative and end of life care
Senior Nurse experience
Preferably have expereince in a hospice, ICU, Acute ward, oncology or palliative care (but not required)
Ability to commute to Reading
