SEN Teaching Assistant

SEN Teaching Assistant needed Monday - Friday based in a SEN school in Welford.

You must have Right to Work in the UK.

Must be a driver due to location.

About the role:

As a SEN teaching assistant you will be working in our SEN School supporting Boys and Girls aged 6 - 16 years who have social, emotional, and mental health needs, as well as other complex needs. (SEMH). Being a SEN teaching assistant, you will play a vital role in improving the life skills and independence of the young people.

About you:

A successful candidate will have empathy, compassion, and resilience working with young people with mental health, anxiety, and complex needs.

Pay starting from £11.44 per hour PAYE and £14.57 per hour Umbrella.

Requirements for you as a SEN Teaching assistant:

• Experience in Support Work or Youth Work
• Confident in working independently and be proactive.
• Self-motivated individual with clear communication skills
• Enhanced Child and Adult DBS

Shift Times for you as a SEN Teaching assistant:

• Monday - Friday 08:30 till 16:30
• Potential block bookings / temporary to permanent opportunity.
