Safeguarding Team Manager

A Private Organisation in Kingston & Richmond is looking for a Team Manager within Childrens Social Work to join their Safeguarding Team on a locum basis, offering a competitive pay rate of up to £44.50 per day.

Responsibilities of you as a Team Manager:

• Team holds CIN, CP, PLO and Care Proceedings until final order.
• The candidate will directly line-manage 4-5 Social Workers.
• The Team Leader will report to the Head of Service.
• Candidate must have recent experience within a Safeguarding Team to be considered.
• Candidate must be office based a minimum of 3 days a week, so must consider the journey.

Requirements of you as a Team Manager:

• A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
• A valid Social Work England registration
• Experience in Management
