Responsible Individual - Children's Home (PT)

My client, is looking for a Responsible Individual to work alongside a passionate Director and experienced Registered Manager, to help them open up their first home (imminently) and 5 more homes in North Devon and Somerset.

The Responsible Individual will offer great experience with Children's Homes Regulations, Ofsted, working with local authorities and referrals, promote and ensure high quality practices are used in the home.

The role is a permanent part time position, 2 or 3 days a week contract with a pay rate £30-£35 per hour (salary equivalent - £25,000 - £35,000 with FTE over £60,000). The role will be split between remote home working and in the service.

The successful candidate must have

• Proven experience as an RI or Senior Manager within children's homes
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Ofsted, children's home regulations and safeguarding
• Experience in opening brand new services
• Based in the South West
