Job description

Residential Support Worker needed to support vulnerable young people with learning disabilities at a SEN school based in Oxford.

Duties include; washing, dressing, personal care, cooking, baking, walking, visit farm animals, supporting with swimming lessons, general activities, away days school trips and lots more fun!

Shifts Avialable:

7:00-15:00 / 14:00-22:00

Requirements for you as the Residential Support Worker:

  • Enhanced Child & Adults DBS on the update service
  • Car Driver desirable
  • Previous experience working in a residential or supported living setting supporting children and young adults aged between 8-19 years, with learning difficulties, autism, epilepsy, disruptive behaviour.
  • Supportive and positive attitude.
  • Ability to transform the lives of vulnerable young people.
  • Compassionate and dedicated individual.

Pay Rate: Starting £10.80 - £14.00 per hour + holiday pay for PAYE
