Residential Support Worker responsibilities:

  • Ensuring to help the children with their emotional, physical and developmental needs
  • 1-2 sleep-ins per week
  • Shift pattern is either 3-on, 6-off or 2-on, 4-off
  • Display yourself as an appropriate role model
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude, empathy and resilience
  • Encourage positive life experiences for the children
