Job description
Children's Residential Service
I am looking for support workers who have previous experience with working with children and young adults!
As a support worker, you will be willing to provide these adults with a continuity of care which will bring with them into their adulthood.
Expected to encourage communication, positive relationship building, trust and emotional support to the young people.
** DRIVER PREFFERABLE AS PUBLIC TRANSPORT IS LIMITED **
Hours for you as a Support Worker:
- You will be working on average 38 hours per week
- 2 days on and 4 days off shift pattern with 2 sleep-ins
Benefits for you as Support Worker:
- E-learning courses paid for by CHA.
- Holiday Pay 12.07%
- Weekly pay plus holiday pay
- Become a permanent member of staff after 12 weeks.
- Full Time Hours.
- PAYE Rate: £11
- Umbrella Rates: £13.92
Requirements for you as the Support Worker:
- Must Have Child and adult DBS on updated service (or willing to pay and process one).
- Previous experience with children, mental health, learning disabilities.
- Be able to engage and communicate with children efficiently.
