Job description

Residential Support Worker required to assist a SEN residential school based in Lingfield, Surrey.

Our client has 120 years of expertise supporting children and adults with epilepsy. We are looking for support workers who want to positively influence the lives of young people; helping them succeed and develop. As a residential support worker you will be supporting in one of 16 homes on the site.

Shift Pattern Available:

  • TERM TIME ONLY
  • Full-time contract available or Part-time Ad-hoc available
  • Early, Late or Long day available
  • 06:45-13.30, 07:45-13:30, 06:45-14.00, 07:45-14:00, 15:45-21:00, 15:45-22:00, 16:00-21:00, 16:00-22:00

Requirements for you as the Residential Support Worker:

  • Experience in the social care industry including young people with disabilities, including epilepsy
  • Experience with personal care
  • Self-motivated individual with clear communication skills
  • Expectancy to cope with physical demands of the job
  • Enhanced Child and Adults DBS
  • Be able to travel to Lingfield by public transport or with your own vehicle
