Residential Support Worker

Are you a Residential Support Worker with experience working with Children and Young Adults

I am looking for the next euthiastic Residential Support Worker with the experience of working with children and young people to join a specialist residential shool for young adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism and some complex needs on a full time permanent basis based in Chester.

• Salary up to £26,300 per year with no sleeps

To be considered for the Residential Support Worker role you will need:

• The ability to work a shift pattern which includes every other weekend earlies start 7:30am and lates finish 10pm
• Experience of working with Children/Young People in a care setting
• Level 3 in Children and Young Person Workforces or equivalent
• Ability to work with young people that challenge
• Excellent communication and witten skills
• Ability to use technology efficiently
