I am looking for an experienced Registered Manager to oversee a newly developed set of services based in Derby. The services support adults with highly complex needs and have been running for 2 years.

We are looking for someone with strong managerial experience, CQC track record, ability to problem solve and action improvement plans.

My client is a CQC 'Outstanding' rated provider who have ventured into the Derby area and are now looking to grow this region.

The Service Manager will receive a salary up to £45,000 (dependent on experience) and the opportunity to grow the newly created complex needs division.

The Registered Manager must have

  • QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management or equivalent
  • Experience as a Service Manager or Registered Manager of supported living services
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of complex needs and person centred care planning
  • Influential and motivational leadership skills
