Registered Manager - Mental Health

Join an established and growing national social care provider dedicated to supporting vulnerable adults in a person-centred way. If you are an experienced Registered Manager who specialises in running Mental Health services, then I want to hear from you! Based in Bexhill, permanent contract with a of salary £40,000 per annum.

Requirements

• QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management or equivalent
• A successful track record of networking, Business development and set up of services.
• A great understanding of CQC, risk assessment and safety management
• A minimum of 3 years managing mental health services.
• Strong managerial skills and enjoy developing and managing high performing staff teams.
