I am looking for a Registered Manager to lead a brand new 4 bed children's home for young people aged 8-18 with EBD based in Epsom.

The Registered Manager role is a permanent full time post paying £50,470 - £55,125 per annum, public sector pension scheme, overtime in Lieu offering.
To be considered for the Registered Manager role, you must have:
- Previous Ofsted Registered Manager experience or extensive Deputy Manager experience (min 3 years) in a children's home
- QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management
- Strong knowledge of children's social care legislation, Ofsted, safeguarding
- Positive personality who is child led in practice
