Registered Manager - Learning Disabilities

Are you wanting to join one of the UKs leading london providers for adult social care. Currently my client is looking for a strong Registered Manager to overlook a Resdiential Home for adults with Learning Disabilities and Challenging Behaviours. On offer is a Salary of £40,000 - £48,000 plus a bonus structure based on preformance, along with full support and training to help you become successful within your career

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager
• Completed NVQ level 5 in leadership and Management
• Experience working with mental health
• Genuine desire to wanting to support vulnerable adults

Responsibilities:

• To successfully lead and manage Support staff
• To ensure service falls in line with CQC expectations
• To review care plans to meet the needs of service users
