My client is an established and reputational provider based in Wiltshire who provide residential, supported living and domiciliary care to adults with the learning difficulties and autism.
I am looking to recruit an experienced and influential Registered Manager to oversee their two residential homes, situated very close to each other in Warminster. One home is a 10 bed home over 3 floors and the other is a 3 bed home.
The Registered Manager role is a permanent full time post paying £40,000 - £42,500 plus 6 weeks annual leave allowance!
You will be the focal point for the home, managing the day to day running of the home, line managing staff, installing a high performing culture and ensuring CQC compliance.
We are looking for a candidate with strong experience in learning disabilities, previous experience as a Registered Manager or a Service Manager, positive style with a keen focus on CQC compliance.
To be considered as Registered Manager, you must have
- QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management or NVQ Level 4
- Experience working with adults with learning disabilities
- CQC service management experience or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership skills and influential management style
