Registered Manager - Children's Home

Are you an experienced Manager in residential children's homes? Would you like to work for one of the UK's leading providers?

The Registered Manager includes running the Ofsted regulated children's home, managing a staff of highly trained residential children's staff, managing Ofsted compliance and highest possible delivery of quality care and support.

We are looking for a motivational leader with excellent communication, organisation and care delivery experience.

This role is paying between £60,000 - £65,000 per annum plus extensive benefits package.

To be considered for the Registered Manager role, you must have:

• Previous Registered Manager experience in an Ofsted regulated home
• QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management
• Strong knowledge of children's social care legislation, Ofsted, safeguarding
