Registered Manager - Children's Home

Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking for a new opportunity? Do you have a proven track record with Ofsted?

My client is a national provider of both Children and Adults service and are looking for an enthusiastic Registered Children's Manager for a new service based in Derbyshire. Working with a dedicated supportive leadership team you will manage the overall service including the supervisions, training, recruitment, retention, care packages and more.

Requirements of the Registered Manager:

• A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services (or Level 3 and willing to complete Level 5)
• Valid UK driver's license
• DBS clean and on update service
• Effectively lead a team of staff to enable the highest quality of care
• Strong experience working as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a similar setting
