Registered Manager - £80,000 basic salary with OTE £100K

An Award-Winning Therapeutic Community is looking for a Registered Manager to lead a successful Fostering Team based in Kent.

Salary is £80,000 with realistic targets for growth of carer numbers and Ofsted rating to £100,000, plus you would have the strategic support from two fantastic Directors. Your social workers would also have support from a clinical and therapeutic team, therefore leading to a fantastic working environment within this therapeutic community for young people.

Your responsibilities as the Registered Manager:

• Day to day management of the service
• Work in partnership with internal and external partners
• Support foster carers to help them learn, develop and learn
• Ensure all areas of practice comply with the care standards

Requirements of you as the Registered Manager:

• A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
• A valid HCPC registration
• Significant experience of working within Fostering
• Experience of working within a Senior/Managerial position
• Must hold a full UK Driving Licence

Salary: up to £80,000 with realistic earnings up to £100,000 per annum
