As the Registered Manager you will lead an established team to provide direct support to staff, providing high quality therapeutic care and treatment. The home is a unique establishment that cares for all aspect of the clientel needs and in the need of a Registered Manager.
The Successful Candidate will receive:
- Starting salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (doe)

You will need:
- A level 5 in Leadership and Management or equivalent
- Excellent Mentoring and Leadership Abilities
- Experience of managing adult residential services
- Excellent knowledge of CQC, Quality Care Standards, and relevant legistaltion
- Experience and ability in case management and care plans
