What We Need From You:

  • Level 5 In Leadership And Management Desirable/Willingness To Complete
  • Experienced Of Manging A Successful Team Within Adults Regulated Environment
  • An Good Solid Understanding Of CQC Standards And Relevant Frameworks
  • Experience Of Improving And Maintaining Services At A "Good" Rating
  • Ability To Work Flexibly When Necessary
