I am looking for an experienced Deputy, Service, Registered or Branch manager to join an exciting and specialist charity for people with Learning Disabilities, Physical Disabilities, Mental Health and complex needs to manage supporting living services in Hampshire.


The Registered Manager role is paying £35,000 - £37,000 (DOE) with an uplift within post, on a full time, permanent contract of 37.5 hours a week and there are great training and progression opportunities for those who seek it.

* QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management or NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care or equivalent OR are willing to work towards this and take on Registration.

* Provable track record of successfully leading staff teams, working with Autism, Learning Disabilities, Physical Disabilities or mental health

* Strong managerial skills and enjoy building and managing high performing staff teams aswell as strong and ups to date knowlege of the CQC and all relevant policies and legislation.
