I am looking for an adaptable and strong leader with a track record of leading staff teams in supported living, overseeing those with Learning Disabilities, You will work within supported living services localised to Reading with the potential to progress within an ever growing company.

The Service Manager role is paying up to £12.50 ph (DOE) on a full time, permanent contract of 37.5 hours a week and there are great training and progression opportunities for those who seek it.

Please apply if you have:

• At least 3 years experience within domiciliary care as a care coordinator, assistant manager or Registered manager
• QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent and are willing to work towards a Level 5
• A successful track record of managing staff teams across large patches and high volumes of care hours per week
• A great understanding of CQC, risk assessment and safety management
