I am looking for a Registered Children's Home Manager to care for children and young people who have suffered abuse, neglect and have developed emotional and behavioural difficulties. The Registered Manager will be based in the purpose-built residential home in Westbury.

The residential home delivers personalised, therapeutic support to ensure the young people can understand and move forward from their difficulties. The Registered Manager is an integral to the development of the young people.

The Children's Registered Manager job is a permanent full-time job with a package paying up to £49,600.

My client will consider applications from candidates with relevant management experience within a residential care setting, or experience within a children's residential home environment.

Please note, you must have a driving license.

The successful candidate must have

• A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services
• Proven track record with Ofsted
• Experience leading a team who work with children or young people in a residential setting
• Positive mentality who is resilient, empathetic and has a genuine passion for improving outcomes of young people
• Clean DBS
