Registered Children's Manager

This is a Children's Registered manager role with leading and specialist provider within children's social care in East Sussex, salary of £47,250 per annum

Requirements:

• A level 5 in Leadership or Management or Equivalent
• Experience of managing children's homes
• Robust knowledge of Ofsted, Regulations 44,45 and safeguarding
• A passion for working with children and young people

Responsibilities:

• Performance management of staff
• Robust implementation of Ofsted and related regulations and policies
• Delivering high quality care

Salary: £47,250

Location: Worthing
