My client is a leading provider of high quality, child-focused residential children's homes based in the Cheddar. This ambitious company is looking to add some real quality to their managerial team.

I am looking for an experienced Children's Home Manager to join a flagship service in Cheddar, supporting young people with traumatic beginnings.

The Children's Home Manager role is a permanent full-time post paying up to £50,000

To be considered for the Children's Home Manager role, you must have:

• A willingness to work towards or current qualification in QCF level 5 in Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare
• At least two years recent experience working in a Registered Children's Home setting in supervisory or management role.
• An understanding of the regulations and legislations which set the standards within a Children's Home setting and experience working with Ofsted.
• The ability to work closely with Responsible Individual and key individuals within the strategic partnership.
• A full UK Driving Licence.
