Job description

Are you a Registered Manager in residential services for older people? Work for a small, specialist, independent and person centred care homes based in Waterlooville who is passionate about making a difference to those who have Dementia. Location: Waterlooville Salary £32,000 - £35,000

Requirements:

  • Previous Managerial experience in residential care for older people
  • A Level 5 Leadership and Management or equivalent or be willing to work towards it
  • Strong knowledge of CQC and relevant legislation
  • Positive personality who is person centred, caring and has great interpersonal skills
