An Independent Fostering Agency who has been rated "Outstanding" by Ofsted is looking for a Regional Operations Manager to cover the South of England. This position is full-time and permanent, with an organisation who take a therapeutic approach.

This Independent Fostering Agency is looking for an Operations Manager with fostering experience and extensive managerial experience.

Your responsibilities as the Operations Manager:

Promote and develop the 'Outstanding' service that is provided
Be involved in strategic planning
Provide positive and dynamic leadership
Liaise with carers, families and children to ensure the delivery of high quality fostering service
Ensure staff receive necessary training

Requirements of you as the Operations Manager:

A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
A valid SWE registration
Managerial experience
Significant experience of working within Fostering
Knowledge of a Therapeutic approach
Must hold a full UK Driving Licence

Location: South of England

Salary: up to £60,000
