I am looking for a Regional Manager to care for vulnerable children across 9 different homes in West Yorkshire.

The Regional Manager job is a permanent full-time job paying £55,000 (O.T.E £71,000). The Regional Manager will have the flexibility to travel to the different homes throughout the week.

My client is looking for someone who has extensive experience with managing multi-sites for children's residential services, strong Ofsted track record, proven experience in Operational Management including budgets, finances, and managing senior members of staff.

The successful candidate must have:

• Held similar positions in care, including Regional Manager, Area Manager, Operations Manager, or a highly experienced Ofsted Registered Manager in a Children's Residential Home
• Proven track record with Ofsted
• Experience leading senior managers, home managers, or senior members of staff
• Proven Business and financial acumen in Social Care services
• Clean DBS
