Regional Manager

Are you a strong Multi-site Manager or an experienced Regional Manager looking for their next career move then this may be the role for you.

I am looking for a Regional Manager to care for children and young people with learning disabilities, with some emotional and behavioural difficulties. The Regional Manager will be working remotely across Yorkshire, North East and Nottinghamshire.

The residential home delivers personalised, therapeutic support to ensure the young people can understand and move forward from their difficulties. The Regional Manager is an integral to the development of the young people.

My client will consider applications from candidates with relevant management experience within a residential care setting, or experience within a children's residential home environment.

Please note, you must have a driving license.

The successful candidate must have

• A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services
• Proven track record with Ofsted
• Experience leading a team who work with children or young people in a residential setting
• Positive mentality who is resilient, empathetic and has a genuine passion for improving outcomes of young people
• Clean DBS
