Recruitment Resourcer

Due to expansion , Charles Hunter Associates is looking for a Recruitment Resourcer for our Social Care Divison . This exciting position allows you to be part of a great team of Recruitment Consultants and support them with sourcing new candidates for their clients . This is a fast paced, target driven opportunity which involves alot of candidate calls and candidate attraction via advertising, CV searching and using our CRM to reinstate candidates who we previously found work for.

Key Job Duties

- Placing adverts

- Calling advert responses and qualifying the candidates suitability for the role

- Using our CRM to call through candidates on our database

- Using CV Sourcing websites to call through candidates showing as available for work

- Discussing the jobs we have to offer and encouraging candidates to apply for the roles
