Recruitment Resourcer Role-

• Finding new candidates on job boards
• Building strong relationships with candidates
• Maintaining relationships with candidates
• Shortlist and qualify candidates
• Writing and placing job adverts on job boards
• Building the candidate database
• Work with senior leadership daily in partnership when sourcing candidates
