Recruitment Resourcer Role-
- Finding new candidates on job boards
- Building strong relationships with candidates
- Maintaining relationships with candidates
- Shortlist and qualify candidates
- Writing and placing job adverts on job boards
- Building the candidate database
- Work with senior leadership daily in partnership when sourcing candidates
