Charles Hunter Associates have huge plans for 2024 and to help us achieve these goals, we are looking to add Recruitment Consultants to our Permanent Recruitment Teams.

Based in our central office in Reading, you will join one of our Permanent teams recruiting for either Qualified Social Work or Social Care (from Support Worker to Director level).

On offer as a Recruitment Consultant - Perm is

• Starting salary up to £24,000
• Probation Commission Structure initially graduating into our Consultant Structure (26% uncapped)

Being a permanent recruiter, your primary responsibilities will be to :

• Manage your existing client base with excellent customer service
• Pick up regular new vacancies to work on
• Actively business develop new clients to work with
• Attract and source high quality candidates to submit to vacancies and market to your region
• Manage the candidate recruitment process from initial qualification, interview to offer of employment
• Meet financial targets set by your Manager by placing candidates into jobs
• Meet daily and weekly KPI's based on key activities such as candidates sent out, interviews arranged and placements
