Recruitment Consultant Role -
- Building strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Writing and placing job adverts on job boards
- Searching and short-listing candidates for clients' jobs
- Preparing CV's and candidate profiles
- Building the client and candidate database
- Calling candidates
- Sourcing clients for Business Development
