Recruitment Consultant Role -

• Building strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Writing and placing job adverts on job boards
• Searching and short-listing candidates for clients' jobs
• Preparing CV's and candidate profiles
• Building the client and candidate database
• Calling candidates
• Sourcing clients for Business Development
