Are you experienced in quality Assurance for the adult social care sector?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the leading charity organisations in social care!

You will work in care services across the North London and Berkshire to improve service quality and regulatory compliance. You will do this through audits, inspections and improvement planning.

You will be working closely with the Director of Quality and regional senior management team to maintain the quality assurance systems. You will undertake thematic audits and inspections based on the relevant standards. You will ensure quality reports reflect those standards and the respective ratings framework. You will work closely with Service Managers to support service improvement.

To be considered for this role you must have the following:

  • You will have a genuine commitment to the social model of disability and experience of working with people with disabilities.
  • You will also have management experience in the social care sector.
  • You will have in-depth knowledge of current legislation, policy, and practice. This will include knowledge and experience of CQC, care regulations and standards.
  • You will need to work flexible hours, travel and occasionally stay away from home.
  • You may need to travel to other parts of the UK occasionally.
  • You are an effective communicator.
  • You have excellent written skills, including preparing formal reports.
  • You are self-motivated, with the ability to set and meet deadlines.
  • Strong people and performance manager
  • Full driving license and own vehicle
