Practice Auditor

London Borough of Camden are on the lookout for a Children Safeguarding and Social Work (CSSW) Practice Auditor to join their QA Service.

This is a Full Time Locum Social Work role.

Your responsibilities as a CSSW Practice Auditor:

• Supervising team of QA and Practice development roles
• Supervising the designated LADO and policy officer
• Auditing CSSW case files and collaboration with social work teams
• Undertaking audits, dip samples and other QA activity for practice week and monthly practice audits, developing practice development/learning sets
• Developing overview reports and developing and following up action plans
• Undertaking other duties as determined by Head of QA, Practice and audit leads

Requirements of you as an CSSW Practice Auditor:

• A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
• A valid Social Work England registration
• Have competent knowledge and experience of Quality Assurance, LADO, TM
• A valid UK driving licence and car is essential to this role

Location: Camden, London

Umbrella pay rate: £45.00 per hour
