I am looking for a PBS Manager to join an established and growing local care provider. We are seeking an experienced candidate with strong experience in overseeing PBS delivery in services, delivering PBS training and keeping up to date with the latest developments.

My client is a care provider for Adults with Complex Learning Disabilities in the Hull and surrounding areas.

The PBS Manager role is a permanent full time post paying up to £40,000 and is based mainly out of Hull, with travel to services to deliver PBS stratergy and training by working with the Management team and staff.

The PBS Manager must have

• Relevant Qualification in PBS, NAPPI or similar
• Extensive experience in PBS and working with complex needs
• Experience in writing and delivering Training courses to staff
• Thorough understanding of PBS, CQC, social care legislation
