PBS Lead

Do you have a quailfication in either ABA or CABAS? Have you lead staff in a service that uses these therapies? Oversee staff within community based charity in Cranleigh, Work Mon - Fri, 9am -5pm Only! Salary £32,400 - £37,700 and a £1000 bonus

Benefits:

• £32,400 - £33,700 (DOE) per annum
• £1000 joining bonus
• A shuttle bus service from Guildford station that takes you directly to the service
• Full time, permanent contract of 37.5 hours per week guaranteed.
• Day shifts ONLY: (9am-5pm) NO weekends, NO sleep-ins
• Clear career progression and fully funded qualifications and opportunities including a Masters to become a fully qualified Autism Practitioner
• Annual Leave: 23 days plus bank holidays.

Requirements:

• Quaifications or Teaching Experience in ABA or CABAS
• Experience with autism or learning disabilities
• Committed to permanent full-time hours
• A positive person-focused mindset with energy and sense of fun.
