Duties of the PBS Specialist Are:

• Work As An Effective Member Of The Team Supporting The Delivery Of Appropriate And Effective Learning For Students
• Conduct Full Assessments And Develop PBS Plans To Reduce Behaviours Using Evidence Based Formulas And Data
• Train Staff To Be Able To Effectively Use A Residence's Plan To Provide A High Quality Of Care
• To Lead PBS Practice Within The Service
• Work In Partnership With Internal And External Stakeholders To Achieve The Best For Residents
• Assist With Admissions Assessments
• Make Referrals To Relevant Professionals Where Necessary

What We Need From You:

• Relevant Qualifications And Experience Required To Fulfil This Role e.g. MSc Behaviour Analysis
• Knowledge of OFSTED, Safeguarding and Child Protection
• Experience Of Conducting Assessments And Creating Relevant Support Plans
• Experience Of Working Within A Multi-Disciplinary Team Across Multiple Professions
• Excellent Data Analysis Skills With The Ability To Communicate Findings To Different Stakeholders
• Commitment To Improve The Lives of Children And Young People Across Learning, Employment, Independence And MOre
