Operations Director

An 'Outstanding rated' Therapeutic Independent fostering group is looking for an Operations Director to assist the group's CEO with growth and development across the UK. This position is as full-time, and permanent and you will be required to have flexibility in travel across the group's UK office locations in Kent, Buckinghamshire and the Manchester area. It would be beneficial if you are able to commute to their head office in Kent once a month.

Salary package circa £85k including bonus

The ideal Operations Director will have Significant experience in Senior Management positions with fostering or adoption organisations and will be a qualified social worker. You will be managing 3 Registered Managers and 2 Quality Assurance Managers, plus overseeing the operations of the business, during a time of vital growth. You will also act as Responsible Individual (RI).
