Night Support Worker

ocation: Hammersmith & Fulham, London
Salary: £13.85 per hour / £28,808 per annum (based on 40 hrs/week)
Overtime Rate: £15.52 per hour
Hours: 4 nights per week (40 hours total)

About the Role:
As a Night Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the wellbeing, dignity, and safety of the people we support throughout the night. Responsibilities include:

• Providing personal care in a respectful, person-centred way

• Using hoists and moving & handling techniques as required

• Monitoring and responding to the needs of individuals overnight

• Keeping detailed and accurate records and completing handovers

• Supporting with routines like settling for bed and early morning personal care

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with people with learning disabilities and complex needs

• Comfortable with night shifts and able to remain alert and responsive

• Skilled in personal care and manual handling

• A caring, patient, and dependable team player
