Job description

We are looking for dedicated and reliable Night Support Worker to support young people with physical disabilities within residential facilities on the campus of an SEN School based in Alton, Hampshire.

As a Night Support Worker you will be supporting children and young adults aged 5-25 years and encouraging inclusion, communication and building relationships. Whilst working in this therapeutic environment you will always be offered support by the friendly and close-knit team with additional training provided to progress.

Daily tasks will include following night time housekeeping tasks, ensuring there are regular check ins with the young people, personal care duties as well as moving and handling.

Shift timings: Monday-Sunday waking night shifts 20:00pm-07:00am.
