We are looking for a passionate, hardworking Newly Qualified Social Worker to join a Local Authority in Southeast London

Role as a Newly Qualified Social Worker:

• Competitive pay rate of £23.38 per hour
• Collaboratively set smart gaols, to help increase independence and lessen dependence on commissioned services
• Undertake and complete Care Act assessments and Mental Capacity Assessments
• To supervise and oversee Support Workers ensuring interventions and delivered appropriately.
• Give support and guidance to support workers regarding clients goal setting and ensuring regular client feedback is received in order to reduce visits and determine length of stay
• Set up and issue client information diaries within 48 hours of client coming on service

To be considered for this Social Work position, you must have.

• Valid Social Work England Registration

• A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with AYSE year completed
