Mental Health Social Worker - Private Inpatient Hospital

My client is looking for a Mental Health Social Worker to join their Private Inpatient Hospital. This a locum social work position based in East Anglia. The Social Worker will be required to be in the office full time. The Social Worker will be working with vulnerable Adult's that have Mental Health Difficulties, the Social Worker will be creating care plans and working close with the client for their best interest.

Your responsibilities as an Social Worker

• Implement care plans and care packages
• Carry out Care Act 2014 Assessments
• Carry out Mental Capacity Assessments
• Undertake Section 42 enquires
• Attend meetings as a team for the benefit of the client
• Review of placements and care packages
• Undertake ward rounds
• Speak with clients families for the bets interest of the clients

Requirements of a Social Worker

• Current registration with Social Work England
• 2 years post qualifying UK experience
• Qualified Social Worker BA/DipSW/CQSW or equivalent
• Car Driver is preferred
