Locum Senior Social Worker - Corporate Parenting

A Local Authority in East of Anglia looking for a Senior Social Worker to join their Corporate Parenting Team.

This is a Locum Social Work role.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Looked After Children and in Corporate Parenting Teams.

Your responsibilities as a Senior Social Worker:

• Experience of working with children looked after and foster carers.
• Experience and/or enthusiasm of offering trauma informed support to children and carers.
• Experience of completing analytical Assessments.
• Experience and knowledge of working together to safeguard children.
• Able to promote partnership working to achieve one team around the child principles.
• Knowledge of a variety of support strategies to support children, young people to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Requirements of you as a Senior Social Worker:

• A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
• A valid Social Work England registration
• Have competent knowledge and experience of work within LAC, Corporate Parenting, Fostering
• A valid UK Driving Licence and vehicle is required

Location: East Anglia

Umbrella Pay Rate: £45.00 per hour
