Are you an adaptable and strong leader with a track record of performance managing staff teams in either live in care or homecare? I am seeking an experienced Manager or ambitious supervisor with a robust understanding of live in care, leading staffteams and CQC regulations.

You will oversee a fastpaced and growing Live in care business based in Hampshire and West Berks

The Manager role is paying £26,500 - £30,000 (DOE) on a full time, permanent contract of 37.5 hours a week and there are great training and progression opportunities for those who seek it.

• QCF Level 3 or higher and be willing to work towards a Level 5
