Leaving Care Social Worker

A local authority is looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join their Leaving Care team. This is a full-time, permanent position paying up to £40,478, based in South Wales. In this role you will be supporting Children with Disabilities.

Requirements for you as a Leaving Care Social Worker:

• Social Work Degree / Diploma in Social Work
• Social Care Wales Registration
• Must hold a full UK driving licence
• A working knowledge and understanding of relevant Social Work legislation and regulations

Location: South Wales

Salary scale: £36,298 - £40,478
