I am Recruiting For A Learning And Development Coordinator For An Established Health And Social Care Company Located In Birmingham.

Duties of the L&D Coordinator Are:

  • The Ability To Deliver Central L&D Curriculum To Relevant Stakeholders
  • Be An Internal Point Of Contact For L&D Queries Within The Organisation
  • Maintain Excellent Communication Pathways With Internal And External Stakeholders
  • Support The Wider Team On Projects Where Appropriate
  • Prepare L&D Environments And Equipment e.g. Laptops Where Necessary
  • Evaluate Effectiveness Of Training Deliveries And Outcomes

What We Need From You:

  • Proven Experience Of Delivering Training Activities (2yrs+ Desirable)
  • Experience Using Multiple Learning Technologies
  • Confident Communicator Across All Levels
  • Highly Organised, Capable Of Operating Within Multiple Reporting Lines And Managing Multiple Priorities
  • CIPD Level 3 (Desirable)
  • Full Driving Licence (Desirable)
